Wong Sai Fong is the Managing Partner of Shearn Delamore & Co. in Kuala, Lumpur, Malaysia, and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1980. Sai Fong has been a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group since 1980. He is also a member of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA), the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (AIPA), the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association (AIPLA), the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), and a member the IP Committee of the Malaysian Bar. He is also an Arbitrator for KLRAC in MYNIC Dispute Resolution Process.

Sai Fong practices exclusively in the field of intellectual property, such as counterfeiting trademarks – copyright, industrial designs, patents, confidential information and trade secrets and is an experienced litigator in all fields of intellectual property matters, franchising, sports and entertainment law. Apart from advisory work, he is essentially a litigator and frequently appears as Senior Counsel in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia. He often sits as a member on ad hoc government committees set up to review existing intellectual property laws or to propose amendments to existing laws. He also regularly participates and speaks at many national and international intellectual property conferences and seminars.
